2.22.1.1 ATC clearances issued to traffic departing from OMFJ will include Standard Instrument Departure (SID).

Note: In the event of radio failure, see ENR 1.6.1.3 for action.

2.22.1.1.1 All non-SID departures from RWY 29, the aircraft should be airborne prior to crossing the displaced threshold to RWY 11. This equates to a reduced TORA of 3050 M, while other declared distances remain as specified in OMFJ AD 2.13.
2.22.1.1.2 All SID departures shall comply with the climb gradients specified in OMFJ AD 2.22.1.3.5
2.22.1.1.3 IFR flights unable to comply with SID requirement shall advise ATC. Aircraft departing RWY 29 may execute a visual departure to join the respective SID or as cleared by ATC. This procedure shall only be allowed during daytime and VMC and are to be airborne prior to the displaced THR RWY 11
2.22.1.2 Special navigation performance requirements:
  1. Aircraft flying on SIDs shall be certified for RNAV 1 with GNSS operations.

  2. Aircraft unable to comply shall advise ATC on startup. ATC will issue an appropriate clearance.

2.22.1.3 Standard Instrument Departure (SID)
2.22.1.3.1 Initial climb restricted for RWY 11 SIDs as below. Further climb clearance as instructed by ATC.
