Corporate Communication
The Corporate Communication Section develops and implements GCAA's communication strategy, encompassing media relations, crisis communication, branding, and internal/external guidelines, while aligning with government requirements.
It collaborates with internal Business Units to address communication needs, develops annual calendars for campaigns and events, and assists in drafting messages for senior management's public appearances.
The section also monitors media coverage, analyzes social media impact, reviews content for compliance, and coordinates with Customer Experience on feedback.
