Project Management

  • Translate operational plan activities in a list of initiatives/projects to be implemented in coordination with the business units, as well the Corporate Strategy and Performance Department.
  • Conduct prioritization of projects and manage overall project portfolio from initiation to closure.
  • Monitor performances across all projects while ensuring projects risks are properly identified and managed.
  • Develop, maintain and update Project Management Office (PMO) tools, standards and processes in order to ensure effective and consistent execution of assigned GCAA projects.
  • Conduct effective change management oversight through development and roll-out of a consistent change methodology related to project management and ensure adherence of the same across all key programs and projects.
  • Gather and follow up on projects monthly reports, consolidate and report to concerned committees.
  • Produce and consolidate Projects responsible committees’ minutes of meetings and follow up on decisions and actions.
  • Assist the project manager in creating a communication plan, managing change, preparing reports, and ensuring that stakeholders are kept informed of progress.
  • Conduct awareness and workshops in the field of project management within GCAA.
