Quality & Safety

Manage and develop Air Navigation Services (ANS) Quality Management System (QMS) and Safety Management System (SMS):

  • Manage the ANS QMS aligned with GCAA Civil Aviation Regulation and strategic objectives.
  • Manage the ANS SMS through implementing the required practices to monitor performance, manage changes, and promote a safety culture.
  • Manage and develop the safety risk management framework, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.

Compliance and Audit Programs:

  • Conduct regular internal compliance audits to ensure that all ANS Providers at SZC are in compliance with GCAA Civil Aviation Regulation Requirements.
  • Represent ANS in external audits and facilitate compliance with ISO standardization and GCAA regulations in coordination with the ANS Business units.

Training and Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive training and awareness programs to equip all ANS staff with the necessary skills and awareness to maintain the highest standards of safety and quality, fostering a culture across the ANS.

Data-Driven Insights and Continuous Improvement:

  • Use advanced data analytics to extract safety and quality insights, predict risks, and manage Notice of Proposed Amendment (NPAs) from GCAA. This approach ensures compliance and enables management to make informed decisions, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Occupational Health and Safety:

  • Manage workplace health and safety to prevent harm and cultivate a lasting safety culture while enhancing services and standards, and ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
