Amendment or Transfer of Issued Documents

Service is for the exclusive use of organisations and individuals holding certificates, approvals, or acceptances issued further to Navigation or Aerodrome regulations.

Amendments to the above may include transfer, editorial change, an update of information, or change to conditions.

Access to the service is only possible through accounts provided by GCAA Air Navigation and Aerodromes Department.

Procedure
  1. Only users with accounts provided by GCAA Air Navigation & Aerodromes Department may access this service.
  2. The user Dashboards provide options for "Amend" applications.
  3. Each application allows for the upload of supporting documentation.
  4. GCAA will review the application and supporting documentation.
  5. If there is any deficiency, you will receive an e-mail from the GCAA with feedback and instructions on how to update the application.
  6. Once approved by GCAA, the revised approval will be sent via e-mail and uploaded to the Document Library available on the User Dashboard.

4. Details of Transferee (if applicable)
