The General Civil Aviation Authority of the UAE, the procurement section, wishes to announce the commencement of registration in the GCAA’s online “Vendor Management” system for the year 2015. This will enable interested vendors to compete on tenders issued by the authority and all purchases.
The registration period:
Registration will start on Monday 20/04/2015 and shall expire on Thursday 14/05/2015. Interested vendors are requested to register themselves by following the steps defined below.
In order to complete registration process, suppliers will be requested to:
a. Electronically access the Vendor Management page through the official website of the GCAA, www.gcaa.gov.ae.
b. Complete the required details and attach / upload electronic copies of all the required documents.
The beneficiary of the service:
- Companies completely owned by UAE or GCC nationals, or wherein their ownership is at least 51% of the capital.
- Branches of foreign companies operating in the UAE or in the free zones in the UAE.
- Companies located in the UAE and registered with the Department of Economic Development.
The above is provided that vendor has a valid trade license issued from the authorized entities in UAE. Once the registration process is completed, the qualified companies will be listed on the vendor database of the General Civil Aviation Authority, which aims to identify potential vendors who qualify for providing goods and services as required by the authority.
