HC Strategy, Policy & Procedures

  • Develop and implement the human resources strategy and ensure its alignment with GCAA’s strategy.
  • Manage and monitor all Human Capital procedures in the authority according to the approved systems, laws, and regulations in the federal government.

Talent Acquisition and Nationalization

  • Prepare and monitor Emiratization plans and programs.
  • Plan for human resources needs and Human Capital budget.
  • Attract and hire qualified workforce through managing the selection and appointment processes for positions.

Talent Management

  • Develop talent management, succession planning, and career path plans and implement them after approval.
  • Develop and ensure the alignment of salary structures with government standards and regulations.
  • Prepare job descriptions by following up on the study and analysis of job tasks and submit job evaluation requests to the Job Evaluation Committee.
  • Develop the annual training plan for the authority's employees in coordination with the concerned business units, and promote the concept of self-learning among employees.
  • Manage the employee performance evaluation system, analyze results, and develop plans to improve performance levels, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Develop and implement necessary initiatives to ensure a suitable work environment and increase the employees’ happiness.
