Procurement Management

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Procurement and Contracts plan aligned with GCAA objectives, industry best practices and GCAA business unit’s needs.
  • Conduct awareness workshops to all GCAA business units regarding all procurements and contracts processes and requirements.
  • Manage procurement operations in accordance with GCAA policy and procedures and with guidance to applicable federal policies and guidelines.
  • Prepare reports and studies on purchasing and supply operations and performance results associated with the annual procurement plan.
  • Establish new procurement technologies and methodologies, focusing on enhancing agility and predictive capabilities.

Vendor Relationship

  • Manage relationships with all vendors including registration, pre-qualification, and performance evaluation and ensure maintaining long-term relationships with the key suppliers and vendors.
  • Conduct market research and analysis based on GCAA business needs.

Sourcing and Contracting

  • Manage procure to pay procurement process from requisition to issuing orders and contracts.
  • Provide support during the contract execution in coordination with Business Units including delivery and payment.
  • Maintain all approvals and supporting documents confidentiality and ensure ease of tracking for audit purposes.
  • Integrate sustainable sourcing criteria into all procurement decisions, with a clear mandate to improve the environmental and social impact of the supply chain.
