OMAD - ABU DHABI / AL BATEEN EXECUTIVE – INTRODUCTION TO eVTOL AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS
INTRODUCTION
This Supplement provides information about the implementation of eVTOL (electrical Vertical Take-Off and Landing) aircraft infrastructure and operational procedures.

1. eVTOL AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS
Operations of eVTOL aircraft will be conducted from Apron C and TLOF located on TWY T near TXL C4.
1.1 eVTOL / Vertiport infrastructure on Apron C
1.1.1 eVTOL aircraft stands 4 and 5 – for details See Vertiport chart of this supplement.
1.1.2 NIL ACFT stand ID signs: Only ground markings in black color on a yellow background are provided.
1.1.3 Visual docking/parking guidance system onto aircraft stands is not provided.
1.1.4 Lead-in/out line: continuous solid yellow line.

3. eVTOL AIRCRAFT APRON PROCEDURES
3.1 Arriving eVTOL aircraft:
3.1.1 eVTOL aircraft shall taxi to the apron using TXL C4;
3.1.2 eVTOL aircraft operating into aircraft stands 4 and 5 are restricted to clockwise operations following lead-in lines.
3.1.3 Aircraft parking is provided through marshaller service.
3.2 Departing eVTOL aircraft procedures:
3.2.1 eVTOL Aircraft shall taxi out using TXL C4.
3.2.2 Aircraft departing from aircraft stands 4 and 5 shall follow the lead-out lines to enter TXL C4.
3.3 Restrictions:
3.3.1 eVTOL aircraft operating on Apron C shall use minimum engine power only.
3.3.2 No rotor movement permitted during passenger handling.
3.3.3 When Code E aircraft is operating on Apron C other aircraft are not permitted on the apron.
4. eVTOL AIRCRAFT FLIGHT PROCEDURES
4.1 TLOF operations
4.1.1 TLOF is provided for eVTOL aircraft only.
4.1.2 eVTOL aircraft shall be operated according to Visual Flight Rules.
4.1.3 Approach and departure operations shall be conducted according to TLOF bearing directions along TWY T.
4.2 Taxi restrictions during TLOF operations
4.2.1 Hover Operations - Not permitted on Taxiways and Aprons.
4.2.2 Air taxiing is not permitted on Aprons.
4.2.3 eVTOL aircraft shall not overfly taxiing aircraft.
