OMEF AD 2.20 LOCAL TRAFFIC REGULATIONS

2.20.1 All traffic which operate within Emirates Falcons Aeroclub ATZ are requested to comply with the following regulations.
  1. Every arriving and departing traffic to/from Emirates Falcons Aeroclub ATZ or which intends to cross the ATZ, prior to entering Emirates Falcons Aeroclub ATZ or moving from the aerodrome apron, shall broadcast on local frequency to communicate position and intentions.
  2. Departing aircraft from both RWY 15/33 shall climb not above 1500 FT AMSL until leaving the ATZ .
  3. Arriving aircraft shall adjust their track in order to enter the ATZ from North East inbound to "Traffic Pattern"", not lower than 1500 FT AMSL.
  4. All traffic operations conducted at Emirates Falcons Aeroclub ATZ shall not exceed maximum altitude 1500 FT AMSL. Aerodrome Circuit Designed based on 1 NM base leg and 2.50 NM downwind (Right Hand Traffic Circuit for RWY 33 and Left-Hand Traffic Circuit for RWY 15) with vertical limit 1500 FT AMSL.
  5. All other traffic calls are at pilot discretion except the following, which are highly recommended, to report position:
    1. before turning on the base leg;
    2. before turning on the crosswind leg for traffic remaining in the pattern;
    3. before lining up on the runway;
    4. joining final leg, when the distance from the runway makes it suitable in order to be more easily visible from the other traffic.
