1. Confirm Your Designation Rights
  • If not yet designated, apply through your State Civil Aviation Authority.
  • Once designated, return to complete the following steps.
2. Register as a Foreign Air Operator
3. Register with the National Advance Information Center (NAIC)
  • You cannot obtain any seasonal or landing permits without your NAIC Certificate of Completion. - Register Here

4. Apply for Seasonal Permits through the Appropriate Authority of the Emirate:
  • Abu Dhabi & Al Ain: ADM
  • Dubai: DCAA
  • Sharjah: DCA Sharjah
  • Ras Al Khaimah: Contact Mr. Saeed Al Yammahi, Manager Air Transport and International Affairs Section, Department of Civil Aviation at E-mail: saeed.r@dca.rak.ae

Follow these three steps to secure non-scheduled, charter landing permits across the UAE.
1. Register as a Foreign Operator
  • Log in to the Foreign Operator Registration GCAA Acceptance (FOR GCAP) e-Service platform and complete your application.
2. Register with the National Advance Information Center (NAIC)
  • A NAIC Certificate of Completion is mandatory before any landing permit is issued. - Register Here
