Air Traffic Control Instructor with over 21 years’ experience in the aviation industry. He holds an MSc in Human Factors in Aviation, a current ATC licence, on-the-job-instructor, examiner and supervisor ratings. His extensive background includes significant contributions to a variety of major projects, including the development & implementation of the Shannon Upper Airspace Free Route project in Ireland, the UAE Airspace Restructuring Project and currently the Sheikh Zayed Air Navigation Centre Next Generation ATM System. James’s dedication to enhancing aviation safety is evident through the creation of the Human Factors and Team Resource Management programs within his workplace.​​
