Clive Robbins

Clive Robbins has worked in the UAE at Sheikh Zayed Air Navigation Centre for the last 15 years. In that time he has worked as an Air Traffic Controller, on job training instructor, deputy watch supervisor and now works as an Air Traffic Services Instructor within the training department. Prior to moving to the UAE Clive was trained and employed by NATS working at the London Area Control Centre for 8 years. Clive also used to be a qualified glider pilot and has completed over 50 hours of powered flying in various types. He hopes to resume gliding at some point. Clive has completed a number of ICAO training courses during his career and has studied for a Masters degree I Human Factors in Aviation, achieving a merit award for the Diploma from Coventry University in the UK.​​
