​currently serving as the Head of Training at Fujairah Air Navigation Services (FANS) Training Centre, brings over 22 years of aviation experience to his role. With qualifications including Air Traffic Control (ATC) licensing and expertise in Training Instruction, Development, and Management, as well as Quality and Compliance, Mr. Isam has held diverse positions such as Air Traffic Controller/Supervisor at Male International Airport and Compliance Manager at a Training Centre. His extensive background also includes roles as an Air Traffic Controller, On-the-Job Training Instructor (OJTI), and Assessor at Fujairah International Airport. As Head of Training, he serves as the Post Holder for Air Traffic Services (ATS), Air Traffic Engineering (ATE), and Training Centre operations​​
