Finance and Administration

  • Manage the finance services, including:
    • Financial and accounting operations
    • Overall financial performance (financial control)
    • Development of financial policies and procedures, templates and timelines
    • Review of periodic financial reports and financial statements
    • Budgetary control and budget preparation activities
  • Manage treasury and cash flow including management of Fixed Deposits and Sinking Fund
  • Manage capital projects from Financial perspective
  • Provide advice on proposed changes of any financial policy, revenue sources and expenditures
  • Provide long term financial forecast in coordination with the other GCAA functions
  • Provide support in areas of pricing and costing of GCAA services to its customers, billing (e.g. ANS), future pricing strategy (e.g. Commercial Services), follow-up on fee-for-services from customers, etc.
  • Identify, allocate and formalize Finance & Administration Business Partners for each sector/department
  • Oversee the General Administration personnel and supporting preparation of annual budget
  • Ensure timely and effective general administration support to GCAA
