Aircraft in contact with Emirates ACC shall be issued with an area QNH.
Aircraft in contact with other ATS units shall normally be given the QNH applicable to the location of the ATS unit.
Note: While the table of cruising levels apply to uncontrolled VFR flights (i.e. in class G airspace), ATC will normally assign IFR cruising altitudes to controlled VFR flights (i.e. in Class C and D airspace).
