OMAG AD 2.20 LOCAL TRAFFIC REGULATIONS

2.20.1 Local traffic shall broadcast on local frequency to communicate position and intentions.
2.20.2 Departing aircraft shall climb not above 900 FT until leaving KIZAD ATZ.
2.20.3 Arriving aircraft shall communicate their approach direction and airfield estimate prior to enter KIZAD ATZ and adjust their flight in order to join overhead not lower than 1,400 FT, determine the surface wind and the runway to be used, and enter in the left hand pattern RWY 12 or right hand pattern RWY 30, descending at 800 FT.
2.20.4 All the other traffic calls are at pilot discretion except those to report position before turning on the base leg and before turning on the cross wind leg, for traffic remaining in the pattern, and before the lining up on the runway, which are highly recommended.
