| Having regard to Article 10 of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) General Civil Aviation Authority Law No. 4 of 1996, whereas the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA), as the Competent Authority, shall promulgate the necessary regulations to implement the provisions of the Civil Aviation Law No. 20 of 1991, please be advised that the Civil Aviation Regulations published hereunder shall be in effect on each date specified therein. |
